Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

• You must authenticate with a valid email address via Google OAuth.
• Each individual may maintain only one (1) account.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• The Service operates on a credit-based system where 1 credit = ₩50 KRW.
• Credits are charged immediately upon purchase via NicePay payment processing.
• Credit top-up packages are available at the following tiers:
  • Starter: 800 credits — ₩40,000
  • Basic: 10,000 credits — ₩450,000
  • Pro: 20,000 credits — ₩800,000
  • Bulk top-up: contact us
• Credit expiration: Purchased credits expire based on the top-up package — Starter: 30 days, Basic: 90 days, Pro: 90 days. The service period never exceeds 90 days. Complimentary (free) credits expire after 30 days. Expired credits are forfeited and non-refundable.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
• All generation requests require sufficient credits. Partial generation is not supported — if you do not have enough credits for the full request, you must purchase additional credits.

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase.
• Zero (0%) credits from the purchase have been used.
• The credits have not expired.

카드결제를 통한 구매 건의 환불은 원칙적으로 카드 매출 취소 환불을 통해서만 가능합니다.

Legal basis: Article 17(2)(5) of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (전자상거래법 제17조제2항제5호).

• You retain ownership of content you create using the Service, including generated images and videos.
• You may use generated content for commercial purposes, subject to applicable AI model licensing restrictions.
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display your generated content within the Service (e.g., in your Library) for the purpose of providing the Service.
• We do not claim ownership over your generated content and do not use it to train AI models.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create deepfakes or non-consensual imagery of real persons
• Infringe on the intellectual property or likeness rights of others
• Generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or abuse the Service
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these restrictions without prior notice.

• We do not provide a Service Level Agreement (SLA). The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
• AI models used by the Service may change, be updated, or be discontinued at any time.
• We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes that affect the Service.
• Scheduled maintenance and updates may result in temporary service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from the use of the Service.

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are forfeited unless a refund is applicable.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court (서울중앙지방법원).
