• Generation Data — Prompts, input images, and generated outputs created through the Service.
• Payment Information — Transaction records and credit balances. We do not store credit card numbers directly; all payment processing is handled securely by NicePay.
• Usage Data — Pages visited, features used, timestamps, device information, and browser type for service improvement.
• Cookies — Authentication session cookies required for login functionality.

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Process payments and manage credit balances
• Send transactional communications (purchase confirmations, service updates)
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the Service
• Respond to customer support inquiries
• Detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized use

When you use our AI generation tools, your input data (text prompts and uploaded images) is transmitted to our AI providers (primarily FAL AI) for processing. Generated outputs are stored on Cloudflare R2 cloud storage.

Your input data and generated content are never used to train AI models.

We retain generated content as long as your account is active. You may delete your generated content at any time through the Library section of the Service.

Your data is stored using the following infrastructure:

• Database — Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS in the United States, with encryption at rest and in transit.
• File Storage — Cloudflare R2, globally distributed with encryption at rest.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication, and access controls to protect your data.

We integrate with the following third-party services:

• FAL AI — AI image and video generation
• NicePay — Payment processing
• Google — Authentication (OAuth 2.0)
• Cloudflare — Content delivery and file storage
• Vercel — Application hosting

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information. We encourage you to review their policies.

• Active accounts — We retain your data for as long as your account remains active.
• Deleted content — Content you delete is permanently removed within 30 days.
• Account deletion — Upon request, we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing
